The PLC Conveyor Kit is the compact version of our Smart Logistics Cell. It captures the same core industrial workflow — sensor-triggered pick-and-place, PLC coordination, robotic manipulation, and mobile-robot delivery — in a single work cell that fits on a desk.
Ideal for classrooms, bootcamps, and R&D benches teaching industrial automation, robotics, mechatronics, and mobile robotics together in one integrated system — without the footprint or budget of a full multi-cell line.
The workflow you get out of the box:
- Transport — Conveyor carries a cube along the guide rails to the IR-positioned pick point.
- Pick & Load — Arm grips the cube with a vacuum suction pump and loads it onto the AGV.
- Deliver — Line-following AGV shuttles the cube to the designated drop-off location.
- Unload — Cube is unloaded from the AGV at the destination.
- Return — AGV returns to the pickup zone while the next cube advances on the conveyor. The loop runs continuously.
